In this phone appointment, we will eliminate imbalances that may be interfering with your goals and causing your issues. This could help you feel more energy, greater access to creativity, more confidence and a greater sense of wellbeing. Every session is different and can be tailored to your unique needs at the time. Most Spark Renewal sessions use traditional Body Code and Emotion Code energy work, however we may also need to employ other healing tools we have training in, as time allows.

In this 50 minute phone appointment, we will take a deeper dive into helping get rid of major blockages that have been keeping you from living your best life. In your session, your Glow Energy practitioner will use their highly developed intuition skills to figure out what the imbalances are, and then use any tools that you may need, including The Body Code, The Emotion Code, Inner Child work and/or The Belief Code (formerly T3) core belief work.

In this phone appointment, we will explore the subconscious mind to do super targeted work on what needs removing, so you can achieve your goals and stop self-sabotaging.

A regular Spark Renewal session— just without the phone call. Just choose a date and time, and the session will be done within 24 hours of that time. Includes an emailed copy of the session findings and any suggestions that may help your self-care after the session.
